Fiesta

Habenero mango chicken tortilla soup.  Chicken and beef cubes in spicy adobo sauce,  chicken and steak fajita meat,  cilantro lime rice, pinto beans,  fajita veggies,  and not pictured I also made 3 salsas and jalapeño/ghost pepper bean & cheese spread and habenero/serrano pepper gravy and fresh fixings.

German Great Grandma's Cabbage Rolls - Modified

In Austin's quest for a new diet and to try and be healthy we argued a lot today about pasta, bread, pork and beef...  He wanted some Pigs In a Blanket, not the MN version of a pancake around a sausage.  Good old fashioned my German great-grandma's Pigs in a Blanket aka Cabbage Rolls.  I said it's kinda hard to have pigs in a blanket without an oink lol!  He insisted so we modified the recipe to be ground turkey instead of the ground beef/ground pork mix I'd usually use and added a couple of spices to help the turkey out and it's delish!  Not like Great Grandma Dora's, but a 2nd best.
