German Dip N' Swiss


shredded pork roast * see previous post for recipe
gravy *
ground prepared mustard
pickles thinly sliced
Swiss cheese
green apples thinly sliced
thinly sliced onion optional
thinly sliced Roma tomato

layer on a steakhouse roll

Heat until cheese melts (I did it on my Cuisinart Griddler, a pan on the stove would work as well  turning 1/2 way through or a Panini Press etc)

Dip in extra gravy! MMM!!!
