1/3 cup Oil (EVOO, Grapeseed or Avocado Oil)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Avocado halved
1/2 large cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 1/2 Tbsp. Ranch blend (I used my homemade blend, can used purchased as well)
1. Place all but oil in blender and combine until smooth
2. Add in Oil and blend until emulsified
Use as a salad dressing, sandwich spread, sauce or spice up your coleslaw and use it a coleslaw dressing by adding a little milk to thin it out some.

Steak Salad
Leftover steak salad with avocado/cucumber dressing, tomato, jicama and a few crushed seasoned onion crisps and a splash of lime juice
Spicy Garlic Chicken Soup
Spicy Garlic Chicken Soup - cubed up the garlic-lime chicken, added chick-peas, zuchini, green beans, jicama, corn, oregano, cumin and my SW blend and a tad of tomato paste and Mexican Crema to the spicy broth from this morning. Delish!
Cajun Fries
2 russet potatoes cut into fries, soak in cold water in the fridge for an hour to remove some starch. Drain. Fry @325 until half cooked, remove from oil, drain completely, turn oil up to 360 and fry until done. Releasing the starch and the partial fry keep them nice and crispy. Once done, season immediately to your taste. I make my own Cajun blend cuz I use it quite a bit.
Mexican Fiesta
Habenero mango chicken tortilla soup. Chicken and beef cubes in spicy adobo sauce, chicken and steak fajita meat, cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, and not pictured I also made 3 salsas and jalapeño/ghost pepper bean & cheese spread and habenero/serrano pepper gravy and fresh fixings.
Freezer Tip -
Another freezer tip. This time I am not using the vacuum sealer. My sauce has been cooled. I put a piece of plastic wrap over the top of it before putting the lid on the container this will help prevent any freezer burn when you are not vacuum sealing.

Hot Chicken
Hot Chicken.... Japanese chile pods, jalapeno, Serrano and habenero all under the skin with jalapeno salt and garlic rub outside.
